She promises to turn this latest attempt to deny her children their paternal entitlement through suspicious DNA test into ‘a mother of all legal battles’ in the history of Nigeria women struggles. Mrs. Abiola is currently galvanizing high-level national and international support for her cause.

Our investigation reveals that Mrs. Jamesina Abiola is from a prominent and politically well connected family in Nigeria, as well. Her father late James Ayo Asuquo-Brown, a Quantity Surveyor by training was the first African Surveyor-General, Eastern Nigeria while her mother Mrs. Rose Chinwe Asuquo-Brown, social and political activist dating back to National Council of Nigerian Citizen (NCNC 1950s and 60s) was Chairlady of Women wing in the defunct ruling National Party of Nigeria (NPN), old Anambra State chapter, Nigeria in the 1980s. Mrs. Jamesina Abiola on her part reportedly played very active role during her husband’s aborted presidential campaign and victory. She tore all the nooks and corners of Nigeria with her husband’s campaign. Mrs. Jamesina Abiola was reportedly the Chairlady Eastern Zone of Social Democratic Party (SDP), her husband’s party and was key in securing the overwhelming support her husband got in the eastern part of Nigeria.

She is actually one of the few educated of the many wives of the late multi-billionaire business tycoon and politician.

Africans In America News Watch investigation reveals that top civil rights and religious leaders, will /property attorneys, ‘the cream of the crop’ in the legal profession in United States, other western countries and Nigeria are lining up in preparation to use the impending mega lawsuit, unprecedented in the anal of property battle as an opportunity to empower women and the disenfranchised, abused, oppressed and neglected widows of Nigerian in particular, and African continent in general.

Some members of the Jamesina Uche Abiola Legal Defense Committee (referred to as, JUALD Committee) reportedly held a strategy meeting in United States recently and connected the other members around the globe on hi-tech visual-tele-conference to fine tune, synchronize and centralize their operation.

Africans In America News Watch reporters recently contacted Mrs. Abiola, who had three children for the late multi-billionaire; but she politely refused to give details and location of the impending lawsuit except, “in view of the total neglect, abuse and oppression, my children and I are surviving and doing fine, thanks God for that; thank you for your time and please stay tuned. I’m sorry, I can’t say more than this at this moment, talk to you another time, please”.

Africans In America News Watch has unconfirmed information that the suit may be filed somewhere in United States or in one of the western civilized countries with sound legal structure and process. There is also unconfirmed report that the JUALD Committee has recruited a PR consultant who has lined up some key western media, while few African progressive media are been screened for effective grassroots awareness and women empowerment.

Africans In America News Watch investigation has another unconfirmed report that the late Abiola was reported to have one hundred and thirteen children (113) and twenty five (25) of them have so far failed DNA test orchestrated to determine their paternity and entitlement to the late chief's properties. As expected the DNA test has generated a lot of acrimony within the Abiola family with some of his wives and of course the mothers of those who failed the DNA test threatening to go to court to clear their names and ensure that their rights and children’s rights are respected.

Africans In America News Watch investigation reveals that while some DNA tests were conducted as far back as 2000, the results were released seven years later in August 6, 2007, thereby raising some very serious questions of plot to deny some of Abiola’s family their entitlements from his vast estate.

Africans In America News Watch investigation reveals that while some of the Abiola children are living in stupendous opulence, some others are barley etching on.

However, regardless of where the JUALD Committee files the lawsuit, Africans In America News Watch will keep readers updated as events begin to unfold.
