This is Nigeria President Obasanjo's "woman friend" named in the Marine Float, MOFAS and PTDF Scandal also known as OBJ/ATIKU SCANDAL.

 She allegedly received some very expensive personal gifts from the very frugal ‘anti-corruption’ President.

The problem is the money allegedly comes from public fund and that sort of gifts were not available to every other woman in Nigeria.
